Sonia Sultana is currently working as a Protocol Officer in Model Livestock Institute and Veterinary Hospital Dhaka. She is playing role as Treasurer in Model Livestock Advancement Foundation.

She received Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) degree and Masters of Social Science (MSS) from Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
